We display contractor profiles using publicly available information (business name, phone number, email, location) sourced from Google Maps and business websites. Our intended legal basis is legitimate interest under POPIA. We also collect enquiry form submissions and listing applications directly from users.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email hello@blocksyde.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
If your business is listed and you would like it removed, email hello@blocksyde.com with the subject "Remove listing". We will process your request within 48 hours and delete personal data within 30 days.
Blocksyde does not use cookies or targeted advertising. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-preserving, no cookies, no cross-site tracking) to collect anonymous aggregate page-view statistics. No personal data is shared with third parties.
