Although we did experience a few minor issues, Sheldon was always willing to assist to resolve the issues. Absolutely shocking service. Never returned calls, never completed the job and never put correct seals on showers. When asking for Shaniel with all numbers advertised, they just say wrong number.

I used Bitou Glass for a couple of years on a few projects. Late 2022, unfortunately after multiple promises from Shamiel that he would come and measure up, he told me they are very busy with bigger jobs. I waited patiently and then asked him again a couple of weeks later. He then simply stopped replying to my messages. I used them for multiple jobs until then, but I guess they are not interested in smaller jobs from local customers.
