The only reason I am giving a one star is because I can not give a zero! We have been waiting 7 months for a blind that we paid for! Numerous times of contacting them and empty promises. Now they don’t even answer messages. Or call! An absolutely useless and expensive company. The product is not worth the pain or price.very disappointed -product that was received was also not up to standard.We will probably never see the last blind!!

Bad experience. Paid deposit end of September 2021 for shutters. They promise it will be instold before the Desember holidays 2021. After several commitments was make by Pieter the shutters was not fitted. I demanded my deposit back. They paid my deposit back 28 Febr 2022. Be careful

I ordered curtains for our main bedroom with a throw, roman blinds and covers for cushion for another bedroom, 3 months ago. I cancelled my order due to bad service, not to talk about the bad communication. Do not know what is their problem, everybody is complaining about their service.

Pity the gentleman who approached me at the door when I walked into the store wearing jeans and flip flops didn’t know that I was there to shop for 500 meters of fabric. He would probably have been more interested in my business then, but instead he sent me to a bargain store to find fabric there. He was most insistent that they would not be able to help me before he even knew what I wanted. Good way to lose an R80, 000 sale.

Horrible service. My mom ordered viols over a month ago and followed up twice. She recently walked into the shop to enquire about the voils and the owner's wife just burst into tears and shouted at her about being overworked and not having time for this. This is not how customers should be treated. Oh, still no voils... We'll take our business elsewhere.
