Very Friendly and great customer service. They have helped me with a new ring for my microwave and come out to my house and within 30min fixed my leaking washing machine above it all they are cost effective. Will recommend 10/10

Very poor customer service. They are very quick to collect your money but very slow when it comes to return your appliances. When you phone them they keep on making promises to phone back but never does. I would give them a 0 star if it was possible

Would not recommend. Dishonest business practices. Send my dishwasher in for repairs, was told to collect after service and still did not function even after payment. I sent the dishwasher into another repair shop and it came back working. Taking people’s money without doing any work whatsoever is fraud. Hope this helps innocent people from being conned.

I took my stove in to these crooks as the oven did not appear to be working. They told me that both elements were faulty and would have to be replaced. Long story short, I did not trust this diagnosis and took my stove to someone else. These guys were reluctant to give me the element they had removed for good reason I found out!. Surprise surprise, the new repair company found both elements were in perfect working order. I went back and got my money back. No apology whatsoever leads me to believe that they do this all the time. Stay away from these crooks!

After they repaired my dishwasher the machine don't switch off. I have phoned 3 times about this come back and keep getting empty promises. Use any other company in George.
