Had a very poor experience today for the second time. Been using them every now and then when I'm in a pinch for essentialparts.. I do essential services. Work from dusk till dawn maintaining different sites. And I understand the Lady working inside is elderly. I knocked a few times asking for help politely. And she just kept showimg me two fingers from behind her Desk. It was 13:07 now more or less.. another older Lady just stopped outside and wass also dissapointed to hear you were closed and just left. Tried telling her It was urgent. I KEPT asking for just a minute to speak to me. She just kept the door locked. Said she's doesn't have the key the owner has it. And when I asked her for the owners number she said she doesn't has it.. .. This is really just rude Firstly. I did not even try contacting the number in big font on the window. Because the shop hour times on the window doesn't say you are closed for an hour over lunch. Could just have given me a business card. And I would have been happy and no complaint

Their service is shocking and call outs are very expensive and their staff incredibly rude. They told my wife they will replace a broken key only end of the month or we must drive to mossel bay a hour away to get a key. I will never do business with them again!

Not interested. Really tired ladies there that don't no anything about customer service. Surprised they are still in business
