I wish that I had used Rene, Stephen and Jonathan at McCarthy when I had the first problem with my system, instead I used a company named Henven - my mistake. Henven left me with a different problem after I had used them. I called Henven (they didn't realise who I was) and they said they were busy and promised to call me back. They never did make that call back to me. I Googled using a different search term and up came McCarthy HVAC (thank goodness). I am pleased that McCarthy have 100% well deserved 5 star reviews. I am happy to be another satisfied McCarthy customer. I love leaving good reviews and recommending good service like this :-) Stephen and Jonathan came here very quickly this morning on their way to Plett to identify and solve the problems, which were far simpler than first discussed on the phone, so it's been a minor revelation to finally find a decent, honest ethical company in Mosselbaai who exceeded expectations leaving such a positive impression, and in terms of customer services, it's been exceptional. Don't use anyone else if you have HVAC issues, McCarthy are the real deal. 100%. THANK YOU GUYS.

The team, led by Stephen Rene, were outstanding from start to finish. After the installation, it was discovered that the aircon I provided was faulty. However, Stephen and Rene acted quickly and professionally, sourcing a replacement unit with great pricing and ensuring it was installed the very next day. The installation team was efficient, courteous, and highly skilled, and they left the space neat and tidy.
