I chose Mossel Bay Roofing for my urgent roof replacement because they did a roof in my area a few months prior (Which looked amazing). They were on schedule with the material deliveries, and everything went smoothly until the work commenced... they were able to do my roof in a single day but then came to release they shorted a very crucial piece of material - the shortage caused even worse damage than prior to the roof replacement because during that week while we were waiting for the material that shorted, it rained and caused massive damages to our electrical. Only about a WEEK later did the material arrive. We also realized that they ordered another piece of material which they didn't use, it's valued at R1,000 - R1,500 (Which I paid). It's been over 3 weeks and they still haven't organized for a refund or the return for the material (Even though I phoned them several times) Their carpenter did a great job BUT I'm NOT satisfied with the service from Mossel Bay Roofing.
