Pro Plumb was appointed by my insurers to replace a split geyser in my roof. They responded within 3 hours of my call to the insurer and were at the house the following morning to replace the the geyser with all the parts they needed. The two plumbers who came were very professional and explained everything they had to do. There was no damage caused by their work in a cramped loft and they cleaned up as they left. Great service!

PATHETIC! Waited 3 months after the initial visit to detect a leak and to block of the pipe. They just left and told me they could not repair the damage as they need to either take out the bath or break through the outside wall. The sassy receptionist told me to get another plumber BUT they were contracted by my insurance to fix the leak not just to block it off and leave me with a gaping hole in the tiles. I am LIVID! The worst client service ever.

Following the insurance-covered replacement of our faulty geyser, our frustrations began. Shortly after the initial installation team completed their work and departed, we discovered water forcefully gushing out from the side of our house's geyser overflow pipe. Without delay, I reached out to request their immediate return. Another team was dispatched to address the issue, which turned out to be an unsoldered section where the water was escaping. A significant amount of water bypassed the drip tray and leaked onto the interior of our ceiling, resulting in a sizable stain. Consequently, I had to file a damage claim with the insurance company since the water eventually permeated the inside of our home. The resultant damage has now created the need to repaint the affected area of our roof. To compound matters, the individuals responsible for the repair left behind their debris, including offcuts and the old drip tray, inside the roof—an utterly unacceptable oversight. Furthermore, the trap door leading to the roof sustained damage and is now slightly bent, failing to close completely flush with the roof. The overall quality of their work was far below satisfactory, and I would not recommend their services. Furthermore, it is disheartening to note that the individuals involved exhibited a lack of friendliness and failed to extend any apology for the damages caused.

Annemarie is the most unhelpful and unfriendly person. We’re appointed by insurance to detect leak. I requested camera be used. Request refused. Found small leak, filled with cement and 2 months later cement still wet. Refuses to accept that there was a leak not detected and has refused to continue job. I paid them R1500 on first visit for repairs. Now I have to wait 6 weeks via sms. Most unprofessional and bad company. Would NOT recommend!!!!

These contractors were appointed by Kwikot to replace a faulty geyser still under warranty. The new geyser was offloaded and dropped onto the tarmac causing it to be damaged. When I phoned the office to complain I was told that there's nothing wrong with it....it's only the casing that got damaged. They proceeded to try get the old geyser out the roof trap without unscrewing the wooden trap surrounds....needless to say it wouldn't fit. So instead of just unscrewing the surround they started hacksawing through the wooden surround!! They also stood on the ceiling boards and damaged the ceiling. At this stage we told them to leave before any further damage was done. Surly, sulky and completely unprofessional. How can these contractors still be appointed by insurance companies?!
