Our complex is old (heritage - old) and has a tiled roof. We will only allow Qualified roofers to do any repairs to this roof. On the rare occasion where repairs were done by others, we have inevitably had to get Qualified Roofers to repair the other repairs. Because they do high quality work, we also employ Qualified roofers to do our other, non-roof, maintenance and repair work. Highly recommended - if you want a quality job. In my opinion, reviewers like Dale and Rosa are maybe just looking to put pressure on hard working people for some unknown personal advantage. We have employed the services of Qualified Roofers for many years now and can say that they will always work with their customers to put anything that is wrong, right.

I have made use of the services of qualified roofers many times over the past 5 years and they have always done an excellent job, I would highly recommend them.

We have received the most terrible service from any contractor to date. After spending tens of thousands of Rands on fixing our leaking roof in Pinelands, the fixed areas are still leaking and new leaks have been created by the contractors. They barely respond to our requests and have shrugged off their faulty work as "not their problem." We keep hearing promises of them coming back to mend one item, but we can't seem to get a time/day when this will happen. The rain continues to come into our house... The pictures attached shows their work breaking apart just days after being installed. @Qualified Roofers - Please reply regarding the correct property. You HAVE worked at our house in Pinelands. This is NOT regarding one of my flats.

I would give David a zero rating if I could, I guess he doesn’t service the Western Cape as he says, we made an arrangement for him to come give me a quotation for gutter repairs & gutter replacement on Saturday, 13 April 2024, I’m still waiting for him, he never even had the decency to cancel & when I called to find out if he is still coming to provide the quotation he never bothered to answer my call. Totally unprofessional in my opinion. Be careful of such contractors, people.

To date, we are extremely disappointed in this job. It was a matter of real importance to us to engage a roofer of quality, in whom we could have confidence, to make these very important improvements to our home, which would stand us in good stead for the future. Below is the company ethos and with this in mind, believed we'd selected a reliable company to provide quality high end service. In hindsight this is simply false advertising. "We a roofing company established in 2007 by David Cupido who has been in the roofing industry for over 30 years. We take pride in our workmanship and therefore guarantee all work done by us. We believe in building a relationship with all our clients which last for years as they always come back if they need more work done. Therefore most our clients come from referrals as our clients never shy away from recommending us. Qualified Roofers cc means only the highest quality on workmanship and service. Leaving our clients with a peace of mind, as they can know rest assure that the job was done have no more worries. We enlisted the service of David Cupido, who has reportedly been in the industry for 30 years. The workmanship received disproves this! It has been 1 MONTH!! we still have ALL existing leaks as well as additional leaks in the same vicinity due to poor preparation and romping around by the workmen. We would love to receive the "workmanship and guarantee of all work done" as well as the "relationship with all our clients" is advertised. In discussing this matter directly with David Cupido the response was unprofessional, abrasive and received a long winded story. This simply is not good enough. I believe a picture speaks a thousand words... The pictures included do not represent quality workmanship or pride in one's work, nor quality guaranteed! If you are looking for a quality roofing solution, I definitely would not recommend this company.
