Very poor service. Phone calls were often not answered, and the quality of the work was disappointing, including the apparent use of off-cuts from other projects. The most concerning issue was that Engela entered our private home, located approximately 500 metres from the project site, without our authorization while we were away. We found this highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this business.
